1. Who may buy

A board is offered to a business that can enter a contract. The person who sends the form says they can bind that business. Individuals shopping for a household budget tool are outside the offer.

2. What the CRM does

Quantumspook holds deals and drafts a forecast note from activity already logged. A lead signs the number before it is filed. The model can be wrong. You review the note. POST /v1/activity writes an event. It does not close a deal and it does not file an unsigned forecast. The note is not a quota and not a promise of revenue.

3. Plans and the first 7 days

Pulse is $54 a month. Board is $149 a month. Network is a written quote. The first 7 days are not billed. Prices are in US dollars and may change on a later term with notice before renewal. A form on this site asks for a conversation. It does not by itself open a paid board or charge a card.

4. Acceptable use

Do not load deals you have no right to store, do not use the board to break the law, and do not file an unsigned note as if a lead already signed it. Do not disrupt the service or resell the draft notes as a separate model.

5. Ending a plan

Stop the next invoice on the board or by emailing [email protected] before the renewal date. Access lasts through the paid period unless we suspend it for a breach you do not cure or for use that threatens the service.

6. Intellectual property

You keep the deal content you submit. You give us a limited right to host it so we can draft the note. The software and the site remain ours or our licensors’. We may use feedback to improve the desk without paying for the suggestion.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Notes are provided as available. We do not warrant that a number will be realized, that the API will be uninterrupted, or that a signed note is financial advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for the board in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages.

8. Law

New Mexico law governs these terms, without its conflict rules. Courts in New Mexico are the venue, except that either party may seek a narrow injunction for misuse. A clause that cannot be enforced does not remove the rest.
