Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026. This policy covers quantumspook.com, published by Project Clean Oceans Inc.

1. Information you give us

A board request collects your name, work email, and company. The contact form also collects the deals you want on the first board. An order form adds a phone number. Sign-in collects a work email and keeps the confirmation in the browser. There is no password field.

Deal names, amounts, and activity you later place on a board are used to draft the forecast note. We do not add a meeting that was not in the activity.

2. Information collected automatically

The host may log an IP address, a browser type, and the page path for uptime and abuse review. Analytics and advertising tags do not run until you allow them.

3. How we use information

We use form details to reply and to discuss Pulse, Board, or Network. We use deal activity to draft the reason a number moved. We do not sell that activity, and we do not use your pipeline to train a model other companies can query.

4. Sharing

FormSubmit delivers the form to [email protected]. A hosting provider stores the site and, if you open a board, the deals you put on it. We share information if the law requires it, or with a vendor who processes it only for us. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

Essential storage under quantumspook_cookie_v1 remembers Accept all, Essential only, or Settings. Analytics and advertising stay off until you opt in. See the cookie policy. A Google tag, if present, receives the same consent update.

6. New Mexico customers and California requests

Quantumspook is published in New Mexico. Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information from a form. We will not treat the request as a reason to refuse service. California residents may use the same address for CCPA access, deletion, and correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA uses those words.

7. GDPR, where it applies

A form from the EEA or UK is processed to take steps toward a contract. Security logs rest on legitimate interest. You may ask for access, correction, erasure, or restriction, and you may complain to your authority. Write [email protected].

8. Retention

Form threads stay while the conversation is open and for a short archive, then we delete them. Deal content on a paid board stays until you remove it or the board ends, plus the time needed for invoices and disputes. The cookie choice remains in the browser until you clear it.

9. Security

Pages are served over HTTPS. Do not send passwords or card numbers in these forms. The order form asks for a phone number so Eagle Nest can confirm a plan.

10. Children

The board is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Email [email protected] if you believe a minor sent a form.

11. International processing

Information is processed in the United States. A message sent from another country is handled here.

12. Changes

A change to this policy updates the date above. The text on the site after that date is the current policy.
